TIAA provides a range of business assurance services, including internal audit, computer audit, forensic investigations and risk management to public sector organisations from a national network of offices. We also provide top-up and/or emergency cover for in-house audit teams, including investigations and ad-hoc reviews.
We are a leading provider of internal audit services to the housing sector, with over 160 registered social landlord clients, including a number of large scale voluntary transfers, arms length management organisations and charities.
TIAA is currently working with HIAF to update the good practice guides. This work demonstrates our commitment to both the housing sector and internal audit. TIAA is also a Tenant Services Authority approved validation service provider.
