As we've done in the past to make the training accessible to as many members as possible, we're running the same event at both a northern and southern venue.

30 Jan 2007 - The Riverside Group, Liverpool

 

10am to 10.30am - Registration and Coffee
 
10.30am to 12.30pm - Effective Communication Skills (aka How to manage your boss, partner and kids)

• Tools & techniques to allow you to communicate effectively and use ethical influence.
• Transform your communication with others and have a better understanding of those around you.

 
12.30pm to 1.30pm - Lunch
 
1.30pm to 3.30pm - How to increase your self confidence & assertiveness

• How by increasing your confidence you will enhance your performance, deal more effectively with clients and benefit from feeling more in control of your work.

 
Associate Members - A fee of 30 will be charged per person attending a training day and you will be invoiced for payment.  Please pay promptly.
