HIAF publishes Low Cost Home Ownership guide
This Internal Audit Programme Guide covers the key area of Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO). LCHO covers a wide variety of schemes and is defined by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) as:
“schemes designed to help people on modest incomes who cannot afford to buy a home without help but who can meet the long-term financial commitment of home ownership.”
