Annual fraud return and fraud performance indicators

The TSA Governance and Financial Viability standard notes "2.3 Registered providers shall provide to the TSA accurate and timely statutory and regulatory financial returns and an annual report on any losses from fraudulent activity."

Members may be thinking about what to include within their annual fraud return to the TSA. The document below contains some ideas for the fraud return and any supporting documentation maintained by the registered provider. We would welcome members' thoughts and comments on this, including views on whether such a document is needed at all. Please send to Paul McLoughlin

Different registered providers and external firms may have differing views about what should be included, so you can also post your comments on HIAF's discussion forum thread. You post a thread anonymously.

Committee Member Suzanne Lane's colleague, John Baker at RSM Tenon's Fraud Solutions Department gave his thoughts on our initial draft.
