10% Discount Offer - Practical Risk Management in a Turbulent World

The events of the past year have forced us all to think more about global risks and how they will continue to affect us. The IRM are holding a conference ‘Practical Risk Management in a Turbulent World’ that aims to do just that. HIAF Members can receive a 10% discount if they book before 31 July.
Keynote Speakers: the big issues
- Gareth Shepherd leads the work bringing risk and investment insights into the World Economic Forum’s Davos programme. He will set the scene for the conference by outlining the key global and interconnected risks that will dominate our business and personal lives over the coming years.
- Justin Urquhart Stewart well known financial commentator will talk about upheavals in the financial markets: what went wrong and what will be the longer term implications.
- Dan Norris, UK government Minister will talk about the practical steps we are all going to have to take as businesses and communities to adapt to changes in the climate.
- Ray Mattholie, an IRM Fellow with extensive international business experience, will talk about the growing importance of supply chain risk management.

Workshops: tailoring your programme
At the heart of the Forum is a programme of more than 30 workshops. These are led either by expert service providers or by Institute members. More info >>
Business Networking
Delegates have the opportunity to share experiences with other risk professionals during the event.
There’s also a chance to relax after the serious learning sessions of the day at the Institute’s Awards Dinner at which presentations are made to the best students in this year’s examinations.
