Internal audit programme guides
The Internal Audit Programme guides, accessed within our members' area, were last updated with the assistance of Innovation and Good Practice grant money from The Housing Corporation.
We have some money allocated in the budget to maintain this valuable resource to the sector, and we would like to receive expressions of interest from corporate or individual members who have the resources to assist in the updating process. We have identified the guides relating to the proposed ‘Economic' Standards (Governance and Financial Viability, VFM and Rent) as a priority for attention, and we would like to start the process as soon as possible after the standards have been finalised following the TSA review.
So please contact Gordon Mattocks if you think you may be interested. We would also hope to produce a small number of new guides. Many thanks to those members who have offered to help at the proof reading stage.
