Risk management and response plans are two new Fraud Advisory Panel titles

The Fraud Advisory Panel has added to its growing list of titles that HIAF members will be interested in.  These are:

  • An introduction to fraud risk management: Effective risk management is an essential part of good business practice. Businesses should consider the three key elements of fraud risk management - prevention, detection and response. This fraud factsheet outlines the key elements of effective fraud risk management.
  • An introduction to fraud response plans: Businesses should be prepared to act immediately on suspicion of fraud. A good fraud response plan can help organisations to do this. This factsheet provides an overview of the issues to be considered when developing a plan for responding to fraud.

Members can download their copy of the guides within the Members' Good Practice Guides & Publications section of this website.
